Custom Orders Form
Please give us a little information!
Include:
1) Name
2) Email
3) 1 or 2 piece, size, date needed by and print or solid color fabric
All orders need to be booked at least 4 weeks in advance!
Consultation is a video chat call. Please have a measuring tape and wearing fitted clothes.
Fitting: 1 fitting if located in Houston.
Payment: Formal outfit at least 50% payment due, everything else full payment due at the end of consultation. (Consultation fee goes towards payment).
Late fee: Additional $100 added on total payment if consultation is less than 30 days till needed date. No bookings less than 1 week notice.
